1. Dates & Nuts Energy Balls (No Sugar, No Bake)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dates (pitted)
  • ½ cup almonds
  • ½ cup cashews
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp honey or peanut butter

🔹 Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until sticky.
  2. Roll into small balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Store in an airtight container.
